Maintenance Policy

Notify us of required updates by 6:00 PM on Thursday. You can simply email or call us.

Updates will be completed by end-of-day the following Tuesday. Requests will be handled on a first-come first-serve basis.

This process applies to live or completed sites that require one or more of the following:

  • Content Updates
  • Basic functionality changes
  • Non-critical bug fixes
  • Minor CMS updates/upgrades
  • Server updates and patches

Don’t worry. We’ve still got you covered.

If your updates cannot wait until Tuesday, we will positively find a way to get it done, but will add a 50% rush fee to the request.
