Mobile Readability
With the data showing a strong preference towards mobile browsing, we developed a mobile experience that put the reader’s needs first by: creating an innovative menu that stays out of the reading experience, including stylish embellishments for block-quotes and images, and incorporating best practices for text legibility & contrast.
Marketplace Commerce
Building on WooCommerce, we developed a marketplace eCommerce experience Harness used to bolster their online store with products from local makers- giving small sellers the ability to manage their own inventory, prices, and product listings.
Publishing Process Design
With a constant influx of user-generated content, Harness needed a new way to allow authors to submit & track their content, and empower their editors to efficiently moderate the inflow. We redesigned the entire process, from account creation, to article submission, to content moderation and publishing, to give Harness the powerful tools needed to help them scale their online platform.
