Process Modernization
OhioNet relied on a complex system of fragmented tools to create their events, communicate with members, and track engagement with their many training offerings. We began our project by mapping out all of the processes involved along the user’s journey. Then, we developed a plan to streamline each process into a single, efficient and trackable integrated system.
Revenue Generation
By integrating a secure payment option directly into OhioNet’s event registration process, we removed a major source of friction for OhioNet’s users, thus expanding what was once a tiny revenue stream and making it easy for OhioNet to collect payment for future events and training.
CRM Integration
Knowing the CRM is the brains and backbone of a successful member-org, our team vetted, chose, and built-out a powerful new CRM solution for OhioNet — streaming each important on-site action into the tool to capture meaningful data about service utilization and ROI of their offerings.
Analytics Dashboard
With better data being captured, our team developed a highly visual dashboard to help OhioNet peer deeper into the important metrics that make up their membership’s engagement with the site and its tools.
