When a wildly popular residential developer needed a place to showcase their growing footprint of communities and brands, Escape Hatch provided the virtual construction muscle to get it done right.

Design Extension
When they came to us, Lifestyle Communities already had a visible aesthetic defined by their community-specific microsites. Our goal became to create a seamless journey from the flagship brand website to the community microsites where the majority of user transactions would happen. Using elements of the existing designs, we created a fresh design system that blended bold patterns and typography with LC’s signature dark aesthetic.
Community Showcase
Paramount to the experience is being able to show LC’s growing footprint in Ohio and across the country as they continue to build new residential communities. Using city-specific landing pages and simple, clean community cards, we quickly give users a tease into each community and allow them to journey deeper into each respective site.
Bringing Brands To life
Along with building apartments and condos that residents absolutely love, LC focuses on amenities that bring residents together like coffee shops, workout facilities, and bar/restaurants. As we built out their new web experience, we developed bold galleries and playful visuals to help potential residents get a feel for the lifestyle afforded by the rich amenities at LC properties.
Creating an extensible web property
Growing brands need websites that are capable of flexing as things change. From planning to execution, we built the new LC site with extensibility in mind. Need to add another city? Easy. Opening a new property? Takes 5 minutes. Need a brand landing page? No need to wait. With smart planning and full utilization of WordPress’s native Gutenberg editor, we were able to create a website with a shelf-life that will far outlast the competition.
